Site Operations Project Manager

The site operations project manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems.
- Coordinating with operational staff to identify high-risk activities and determine support requirements.
- Assisting with planning and review of lift studies to ensure safe execution.
- Managing subcontractors, including site access, permitting, and work planning.
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with subcontractor documentation, including JSA and lift plans.
- Conducting regular site audits and investigations to ensure thorough compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements include:
- Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety.
- At least 10 years of experience in HSE or construction within the pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Experience managing multicultural teams and workforces.
- Strong technical skills in HSE management and emergency responses.
- A hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
