Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the quality of our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating sub-contractors and overseeing quality control
- Communicating effectively with site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Producing lookahead programs and ensuring sections are hitting milestones
- Managing and driving trades
- Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site through regular toolbox meetings and OH&S processes

Working Conditions:
This is a greenfield site role, working on a townhouse project. The selected candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing their skills and experience to deliver high-quality results.
