Seasonal Product Coordinator Role

This role requires an individual to coordinate seasonal product delivery while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with the Head of Production to maintain seasonal timelines and mitigate production risks.
  • Raise and send accurate purchase orders to suppliers based on merchandise order files.
  • Generate and distribute barcode data to suppliers for all purchase orders across channels.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work with the design and merchandising team to ensure quality products meet company expectations.
  • Solve make, fabrication, or construction queries with suppliers and the wider team.
  • Support designers with tech pack setup, including BOM and CADs for factories.

Production and Logistics:

  • Attend production fit sessions to monitor progress.
  • Provide weekly updates on workflow to design and production departments.
  • Track pre-production and shipment samples within critical path deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Fashion.
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in Design, Fashion, Development, or Production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Thorough understanding of design and product development processes.
