**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
Seasons is looking for a warm, friendly and collaborative Lifestyle Coordinator to join our beautiful Sinnamon Park community.

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for designing and implementing client-focused group and individual diversional therapy programs with meaningful engagement for the residents to enhance their health and wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement meaningful and innovative programs that include wellness, social, arts and craft, schools, and spiritual events, both within the community and externally.
- Correctly manage all budgets, and track and record expenditure, including cash from fundraising activities.
- Produce correctly branded flyers, memos, booking forms, newsletters and calendars.
- Liaise with service providers to coordinate and facilitate suitable activities.
- If applicable, manage Lifestyle Assistants and ensure high quality of delivery.
- Work within the philosophies, policies, and procedures of Seasons.
- Observe and review the effectiveness of the programs implemented.
- When required, drive the community bus and/or take residents on external outings.

- An organisation-lover; able to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to timelines in a changing environment.
- A warm and friendly communicator who naturally facilitates positive interactions with residents and external parties.
- Effective computer and IT skills, including Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Willingness to comply with organisational policies and procedures including WHS.
- Strong commitment to organisational goals and customer service and a demonstrated capacity to project a positive image through appropriate behaviour and attire.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate to all levels effectively.

**Requirements**:

- (Desirable) Tertiary qualification in diversional therapy, health or equivalent.
- 2yrs+ experience in a similar role overseeing a diversional therapy program (Home Care, day respite and/or Residential Aged Care)
- Understanding of resident-centred community and residential base care services.
- Flexibility with hours when workload demands, across a 24/7, 365 day a year business.
- First aid and CPR certificate.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current national criminal check.
