We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment and has strong physical abilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest reservations
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Distribute pre-arrival information to guests, follow up on guest registration and provide extensive information about Mt Buller (snow products, transport, activities and food/drink venues)
- Work cooperatively with all Hotel team members
- Ensure all apartments are thoroughly inspected before check-ins
- Maintain rapport with apartment owners
- Strong physical ability to walk to various apartments around the mountain in all weather conditions
- Follow workplace practices accordingly, complete tasks in a timely fashion and consistently display professionalism
- Treat all guests, peers and external parties with respect, sensitivity and understanding
- Follow direction from the Apartments Coordinator and Hotel & Apartments Managers for daily tasks, including unexpected situations that may arise

- Casual Pay Rate starting at $30 per hour

- On Mountain Accommodation: $182.00 per week
- Off Mountain Accommodation (approx. 20 minutes from the resort): $159.00 per week
- 10% Discount on Ski and Snowboard Private Lessons
- 20% Discount on Full Retail and Rentals at our stores
- 20% Discount on Food and Beverage at over 11 Outlets
- Free staff transport from the Mountain to Mansfield and back (8 runs each way, every day over winter)
- Free staff car parking at the mountain base
