Looking for a Bid Coordinator to spearhead the development of proposals and tender presentations across our construction industry clients.

We require a highly skilled professional with relevant tertiary qualifications and 1-2 years of experience in marketing or project support/coordination within the construction sector.

This fast-paced role involves maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and formatting proposals and tender presentations using InDesign
  • Assisting with bid/tender information collection and collation
  • Developing supporting visuals and graphics
  • Coordinating and tracking proposals
  • Maintaining marketing/corporate collateral

Key skills and requirements include:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design)
  • 1-2 years' experience in construction marketing/project support/coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and time management skills under pressure
  • High attention to detail and quality focus
