Job Description">

The role of a Bid Coordinator encompasses strategic growth initiatives, partnering with opportunity leaders to compile and deliver compelling proposals for projects within the rail division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse bid documentation to establish a clear understanding of client requirements
  • Coordinate the end-to-end bidding process from initial strategy meeting through to final delivery
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to collate relevant documentation and project examples
  • Maintain timelines, key dates, and milestones on proposals ensuring all stakeholders are suitably engaged
  • Ensure proposals are delivered on time and at the highest quality
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard ANZ proposal material including organisation charts, CVs, and Project Data Sheets
