Job Description

Primary responsibilities for this role include the design and implementation of structured training pathways, partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure qualifications align with emerging needs, and oversight of compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement structured training pathways.
  • Partner with industry and other organizations to align qualifications to emerging needs.
  • Oversee compliance, training content, audits, and continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding and succession planning by embedding technical learning pathways.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums to influence the future of training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in protection, metering, telecoms, or control systems.
  • Certificate IV TAE (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience in training design and delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
