Job Title: Client Promotions Operations Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented operations professional to manage our promotional campaigns across CFDs, ensuring seamless execution and quality assurance.

    Campaign Execution & Support:

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution and support for promotions, including deposit bonuses, trading competitions, and referral programs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

    Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Liaise with compliance teams for promotional approvals.

    Platform & Tool Coordination:

  • Use CRM tools and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns.
  • Collaborate with tech/dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.

    QA and Process Improvement:

  • Conduct QA reviews by operations staff to ensure eligibility criteria are correctly applied and that all configurations within the CRM system align precisely with defined promotion rules.
  • Support operation staff by identifying recurring errors or inconsistencies in promotion processing.

    Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
