Position Overview:
Urban Promotion is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager passionate about curating and creating content primarily through their phone, especially for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Managing Clients social media accounts. The ideal team member will be well-versed in current social media trends, exhibit unwavering professionalism during client interactions, and wield a modern iPhone to produce captivating content.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Use your modern iPhone to craft, edit, and post content that resonates with our brand and audience.

Platform Management: Supervise our Instagram and TikTok profiles, ensuring timely responses to comments, DMs, and mentions.

Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, seamlessly incorporating them into our brand strategy.

Client Shoots: Represent Urban Promotion during client shoots. This involves content creation on-site and exuding professionalism when liaising with clients.

Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on metrics to provide actionable insights.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our marketing team, ensuring brand coherence and ideating on campaigns.

Strategy Development: Continuously evaluate and refine our social media strategy to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:
Must own a modern iPhone and be proficient in creating compelling content with it.

Demonstrable experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Deep understanding of current social media trends.

Excellent visual and written communication.

Mandatory availability for client shoots, consistently demonstrating responsibility and professionalism.

Capacity to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

A proactive approach to challenges with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
