Client Promotional Services Manager

The role of a Client Promotions Operations Specialist involves overseeing the execution and management of promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Critical Responsibilities:- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Compliance teams to coordinate campaign execution.
- Operations & Compliance Management: Ensure promotions comply with local regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Platform & Tool Coordination: Utilize CRM tools and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns, working with Tech/Dev teams for testing and QA.
- Quality Review & Process Improvement: Conduct quality reviews, identify recurring errors, and provide insights on SOP adherence and data handling issues.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations team within the financial industry.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
This role requires a deep understanding of promotion types, rules, and CRM configurations to ensure seamless client application processes.
