Client Promotions Operations Role
We are seeking a Client Promotions Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on CFDs and promotional campaigns.
You will play a pivotal role in managing and executing promotional activities from an operational and quality assurance perspective.
Your responsibilities will include campaign execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
This role requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Compliance teams to enhance the end-to-end client experience.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in operations within the CFD industry or other financial industries, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with advanced Excel skills, able to absorb and apply information efficiently. They should also possess excellent collaboration skills and be willing to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies
- Liaise with compliance teams for promotional approvals
- Maintain accurate promotion records, including logs and internal trackers
- Platform & Tool Coordination: Use CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations within the CFD industry or other financial industries
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently
- A team player with excellent collaboration skills
