As a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its financial goals. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to management, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**

  • Aid in the production of financial reports, including commentary on sales, inventory, pricing and costing variations, material usage.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to inventory and fixed assets across the Group.
  • Work with existing systems to develop and improve current reporting and analysis that is being produced.
  • Assist with the completion of operational and capital expenditure budget, and assist the team as required.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Investigate revenue-generating/cost-saving opportunities, and CapEx initiatives, analyze potential ROI and pursue/action where appropriate.
  • Monitor revenue/cost and margin targets.
  • Investigate new or more effective business processes and effective and efficient utilization of technology.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Exposure to MRP systems.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, energetic, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn and proceduralize various standard tasks performed by other members of the finance team.
