Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to drive performance across our manufacturing sites.
  • Performing ledger close tasks, journal preparation, and reconciliations with precision.
  • Providing in-depth analysis on overheads, manufacturing variances, and inventory management.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and capital tracking for strategic planning.
  • Partnering with operational teams to deliver actionable insights and drive efficiencies.
  • Supporting internal controls, compliance, and audit processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline within manufacturing or commercial finance.
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
