Service Technician Role

">

The Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by diagnosing and resolving service issues while upholding our quality standards.

">

This role involves inspecting, repairing, and restoring assembled furniture in customers' homes, ensuring timely and effective service solutions aligned with our values.

Main Responsibilities:

">

- Reporting detailed technical findings and customer concerns to the Service & Quality teams through appropriate channels.

">

- Conducting inspections to determine the cause of issues and performing repairs to the highest standard.

">

- Ensuring all repairs meet our quality standards and are free from defects.

">

- Gathering relevant information to confirm that required work has been completed correctly.

">

- Taking ownership of issues throughout the repair process and guaranteeing quality upon completion.

">

- Ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided.

">

- Achieving a high number of 5-star product reviews.

">

- Maximizing first-call resolution for service issues.

">

- Providing product feedback to the QC/Engineering team to support continuous quality improvement.

">

- Performing work to the best of your ability while meeting required standards.

">

- Being punctual, reliable, and responsible.

">

- Completing additional tasks as requested by management.

">

Requirements:

">

- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician, with a strong technical skillset.

">

- Proficiency in using power and hand tools to conduct repairs and maintenance.

">

- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits to support troubleshooting and service tasks.

">

- An enthusiastic and committed approach to service delivery.

">

- Experience in repairing fabric and leather sofas is welcomed but not required.

">
