Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Customer Support Specialist position at our Head Office in Scoresby.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to orders, warranties, damages, and repairs efficiently
  • Coordinate with our technicians to assess damages or defects and find suitable solutions promptly
  • Book onsite repairs and assessments, liaising with repair technicians or internal quality control effectively
  • Seek cost-effective repair solutions while ensuring the best customer outcome always
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with positively, making clients feel valued and satisfied
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and architects to maintain clear communication and achieving satisfying outcomes
  • Help turn customer feedback into meaningful action by working with our Design and Production teams to uncover root causes of issues and improve future products continuously
  • Share insights to shape decisions and impact processes positively

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or administration, preferably in a related field
