Work as a Casual or Permanent Part-Time Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Kempsey, NSW.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will lead the care team, coordinate care, and provide high-quality patient-centered care to our residents.

  • Lead the care team and coordinate care in allocated sections of home.
  • Ensure compliance with care plans throughout shifts and advise and allocate care staff.
  • Recognize and escalate deteriorating residents and provide safe, high-quality care.
  • Promote a positive resident experience through a person-centered approach.
  • Provide ADL care to residents and maintain documentation according to organisational standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • One year of experience in residential aged care (new entrants will be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care.
