The Role

We are looking for both casual or permanent part-time Enrolled Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care. You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. A range of shifts is available with a culture of empathy and compassion for residents.

What You Will Do
  • Reporting to the RN, you will lead the care team
  • Coordinate care in an allocated section of home and ensure care plan compliance throughout the shift
  • Advise and allocate care staff
  • Recognise and escalate deteriorating residents
  • Provide safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Promote a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
  • Provide ADL care to residents
  • Maintain documentation as per organisational standards
What You Will Bring
  • Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory
  • One year of experience as an enrolled nurse in a residential aged care setting is desirable (new entrants will be considered)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • NDIS Worker Checks (or willingness to obtain)
  • Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
