We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality residential aged care services. Our goal is to deliver personalized care that prioritizes the needs and well-being of our residents.
">- Job Description: As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in leading the care team, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will also be responsible for recognizing and escalating deteriorating resident conditions, providing safe and high-quality care, and promoting a positive resident experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the RN, you will advise and allocate care staff, provide ADL care to residents, and maintain accurate documentation as per organizational standards.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse with a passion for delivering person-centered care. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential aged care environment and standards, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
">- Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse is mandatory. One-year of experience in a residential aged care setting is desirable.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
