We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS clinical services team. As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality clinical services that make a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to NDIS participants with complex communication needs, including high-tech AAC prescription and swallowing disorders
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Previous experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)
- A car and driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
