Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead warehouse and logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead GMP warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods between sites.
  • Oversee quality and compliance across logistics operations, supporting audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (APICS certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory standards (TGA, FDA), and cold chain logistics.
  • Experience leading teams and working effectively across departments and sites.
