Job Opportunity: Field Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Advisor to support our Health and Safety team.

This role is critical to implementing and improving our Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSEMS) and Assist & Assure program.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to field personnel on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Develop and distribute health and safety data, and work with HSE systems to interpret data and establish a robust reporting framework for safety reporting.
  • Conduct regular and random safety assurance of operations and facilitate incident and root cause investigations as required.
  • Implement the driver safety program in-field, including reporting and monitoring driver safety information and facilitating driving safety related investigations.

We require someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can contribute to a high-performing team with a strong focus on safety and integrity.

Key requirements include:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in the resources industry.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislative requirements and best practice.
  • Previous experience in Assist & Assure programs and/or HSE advisory roles within the resources industry or equivalent.
  • A current C class driving licence.
