As a key stakeholder, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base through strong relationships and effective marketing strategies.

You will be the face of our organization in the community, fostering connections with stakeholders to build lasting partnerships. You'll represent us at expos, networking events, and industry forums while ensuring our digital presence is always current and impactful.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, allied health providers, and other referral sources.
  • Attend expos, networking events, and community activities to promote our NDIS offerings.
  • Pursue leads promptly and convert them into new clients.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract NDIS participants.
  • Update and manage website content to ensure it's fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign performance and market trends to refine strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, engagement, or business development roles.
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, SIL, and SDA service delivery is highly desirable.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships that generate referrals and leads.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
