Customer Service Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Service & Preconstruction team as a Customer Service Officer.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to make a difference in the lives of homeowners. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they are informed and supported every step of the way.

About the Role
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients during their build journey
  • Managing and updating customer files and documentation
  • Coordinating communications between customers, site supervisors, and internal teams
  • Guiding clients through selections, approvals, and milestone updates
  • Providing timely, clear, and professional responses to all enquiries
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, preconstruction or administration in residential construction or a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and databases
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
