Home Ownership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Home Ownership Specialist. This role is critical in helping customers achieve their dream of home ownership.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide expert guidance to customers on their home loan journey, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and support to make informed decisions.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and delivering personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our lending products and processes.
    • Communicate effectively in Mandarin to provide exceptional customer service and establish long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current lending legislation, AML requirements, and responsible lending practices to ensure compliance and excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of lending products and processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Bilingualism (Mandarin and English) preferred.
