Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Sydney sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Building & Design Sales Consultant and be a key team member in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing.
  • Guide customers through this journey and present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home.
  • Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplished.
