Dream Wedding Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Online Dream Wedding Coordinator to assist couples across the globe in finding and connecting with the right vendors for their special day.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on relationship management, autonomy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized support.
- Understand each couple's style, needs, and wedding goals to provide tailored assistance.
- Curate vendor recommendations from our global network and facilitate introductions to foster seamless booking processes.
- Coordinate communications between couples and vendors, ensuring smooth transactional interactions.
- Track bookings and pipeline progress using CRM and booking tools to maintain high service standards.
- Identify gaps and onboard new vendors as needed to meet evolving client demands.
- Earn commission on successful matches and confirmed bookings based on performance.
Requirements:
- A background in events, weddings, hospitality, or client services with emotional intelligence and polished communication skills.
- Flexibility in a remote work environment with unlimited earning potential based on individual performance.
- Able to manage multiple clients and vendors without compromising detail-oriented tasks.
- Understanding of luxury clients and ability to deliver white-glove experiences remotely with adaptability.
