Job Role

- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
- Assist customers in selecting innovative hearing devices and accessories, ensuring a positive experience.
- Address customer concerns efficiently, providing exceptional service and support.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts to promote our services.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).

Requirements

- At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail or allied health environments.
- Proficiency in computer software programs, including CRM and appointment management systems.
- Attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and a collaborative attitude.
- Positive team spirit and ability to work independently when necessary.
