Key Role

Transform the way people connect with hearing services by becoming a skilled Clinic Co-ordinator. If you have passion for assisting clients to achieve better hearing and overall well-being, this position is ideal for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive coaching and training of new and existing Clinic Coordinators
  • Supporting clinic staff with queries on CCO roles and responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities for training to drive performance metrics

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A thorough understanding of operational processes and procedures
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful adult learning training

Additional requirements include a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable), a Higher School Certificate or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in customer service and administration/operations environments. Experience with CRM systems, customer relationship management, and training/coaching is also highly valued.

As a skilled professional, you will be able to develop effective training programs that meet the needs of clinic staff. You will also be able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
