Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong project management skills.

The role involves managing a 3-year ARC Linkage Grant, developing and refining research skills, undertaking administration, and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent contribution to the research activities of the Public Health and Policy Pillar
  • Manage a 3-year ARC Linkage Grant aiming to develop a novel digital literacy program for seniors with sensory loss
  • Develop and refine research skills and independent research activities under senior academic staff supervision
  • Undertake administration including preparing ethics applications, conducting surveys and data collection and analysis processes
  • Engage with stakeholders including government and non-government organisations and consumer groups
  • Oversee training of staff and volunteers as relevant to the role
  • Prepare results, visualisation and reporting of research to various audiences and dissemination via peer-reviewed journal articles
  • Assist with the supervision of MRes/PhD student(s)

About You:

As a project coordinator, you will be a core member of the team. You will bring your excellent project management, research, communication, and interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders to ensure key project aims are met.
