Accounting Manager for Insurance Fund Administration

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Premium and Credit Account Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to our Premium and Credit experts, while also working with employers to ensure their WorkCover Registration needs are met.
In this role, you will be working closely with our team to provide a professional and customer-focused premium management service to all Workers Compensation clients. You will be processing new employer registrations, maintaining existing registrations, and answering premium-related queries via telephone, written correspondence, or client visits.
You will also be responsible for completing accurate assessments and allocations of Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, premium calculations, succession, and grouping. Additionally, you will be controlling the value, number, age, and proportion of outstanding premiums while maintaining scheme benchmarks.
About This RoleWe are looking for someone with experience in insurance fund administration and credit/debt recovery. Workers Compensation knowledge and experience, ideally in Premium and/or Credit management, is preferred but not essential. We also require excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
