Investment Fund Accountant

Increased demand for quality investment accounting reporting from the investment team has driven the requirement for this newly created Investment Fund Accountant position.
Responsibilities- As part of the investment accounting team, the Investment Fund Accountant will be focused on a variety of challenging day-to-day investment accounting work to support the investment team across multiple financial market sectors.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to seek efficiencies and work with senior stakeholders across the investment group.
- 3-5+ years of Investment Fund Accounting experience from: investment management, superannuation, banking, wealth management, custody, or Big 4 firms.
- Hands-on technical knowledge across investment accounting and proactive communication skills enabling interaction at senior levels of the business.
- Experience across unit pricing and investment fund accounting; exposure to investment trusts; CA/CPA qualifications are well regarded.
