The Senior Manager, Quality plays a pivotal role within the organisation's Innovation and Quality Team. They report directly to the General Manager and work collaboratively as part of a national, multi-disciplinary team.

This team comprises clinical care, practice, governance, and innovation professionals working together to deliver consumer-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee accreditation, service evaluation, and quality assurance projects that drive high-quality care outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee the work of the local Quality team to ensure priorities are completed to the expected standard and within required timescales.
  • Lead and coordinate program annual reviews, quality audits, and ensure timely and effective responses to non-compliance or identified risks.

  • You possess a strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.
