Job Opportunity: Support Coordination Specialist

This is an exciting chance to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities as a Support Coordination Specialist.

About the Role:
  • Assess needs and coordinate support for NDIS participants referred to our organization for Support Coordination services.
  • Implement NDIS plans and coordinate services and supports for participants.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with quasi-government bodies and disability associations/groups.
  • Promote our organization's services to the market and generate interest in support coordination under the NDIS.
About You:
  • You possess empathy and care for people living with disabilities.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, and customers.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients where required.
  • A minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
  • Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar.
