Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Education Futures Institute in Queensland. The institute is a key initiative in education strategy, aiming to empower staff and educators to build professional expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the design and delivery of capability programs for support and corporate staff.
  • Coordinating and managing capability programs including procurement, project milestones, deliverables, and coordination across multiple cohorts.
  • Developing resources and materials associated with capability programs.
  • Providing high-quality advice, briefs, submissions, papers, and reports to the Capability Branch and Schools Division.
  • Leading and maintaining liaison, communication, and coordination with key stakeholders to develop implementation strategies.

The ideal applicant demonstrates understanding of departmental vision and strategic directions, high-level written and oral communication skills, ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, problem-solving, prioritization, and managing competing demands.
