About the Role

We're seeking an HR Professional with expertise in employee relations, talent management and strategic planning to join our team as a People Culture Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisation's people strategy and drive key HR initiatives. You'll partner with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with our goals, providing expert guidance on complex HR matters, including employee relations, performance issues and workplace investigations.

As a key member of our HR team, you will lead and facilitate talent management processes, implement and enhance HR policies, and utilise HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive culture.

About You

  • A solid background in HR with a focus on employee relations, talent management and HR strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders and driving HR initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
