Dynamics 365 Customisation Lead

We are seeking a skilled senior-level professional to lead our team in designing, developing and implementing customisations and configurations for Dynamics 365 CE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative solutions using Power Platform including Power Automate and custom connectors.
- Build and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C# and .NET.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and services ensuring seamless data flow.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configuration is essential.
- Strong skills in Power Platform including Power Automate and custom connectors are required.
- Backend development experience with C# and .NET for plugins, workflows, and custom APIs is necessary.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, Azure AD) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage.
Successful candidates should have senior-level experience in large enterprise or government environments and knowledge of Azure services for integration and automation.
