Key Role in Digital Transformation

This is a crucial position within the organisation's Digital Division that entails driving innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer will oversee and optimise integrations between Sensei Project Portfolio Management, Dynamics 365 Financial Operations, and Customer Relationship Management to ensure seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes.

This role requires proven experience in configuring, customising, and administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities and Challenges
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into effective CRM and PPM enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or improvements to ensure high availability and reliability.
Requirements and Expectations
  • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating PPM with FinOps and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform for building workflows, automations, and reports.
