Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and lead creative training strategies to ensure readiness for new systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver change and training activities according to the overall program schedule and approach.
  • Evaluate and analyze training from current state to future states to support transition, ensuring users are fully equipped.
  • Craft engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials that foster strong relationships across the organization.
  • Coordinate the training schedule to support change and business adoption activities.
  • Support the delivery of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, aligning with the training schedule and program needs.
  • Provide consistent reporting on training delivery, uptake, and success, validating outcomes with end users and their leaders.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle, including assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs to deliver high-level training and knowledge documents.
  • Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials, including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies.
  • Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in supporting training outcomes for large-scale programs.
