
Leading Sales Growth Specialist

The Dealer Principal is a highly visible leadership position, poised for growth and success in the Toowoomba area. You will build a strong team to deliver on sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Help establish and grow the dealership from the ground up, preparing it for grand opening.
- Setup, furnish and equip the Dealership for optimal performance.
- Develop a collaborative and customer-centric environment, managing finance & insurance options, parts & accessories, service department, new and used caravans.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and community, maintaining manufacturer relationships.
- Staff training and development, including performance management reviews.
- Work closely with head office to develop plans for dealership events and promotions.
- Collaborate with head office on warranty, repairs, quality, sales, HR support, and computer software implementation.
Requirements
- Proven background in sales, sales management, and recreational vehicle dealership or similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to provide direction and guidance to team members.
- Meticulously organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to bring customer delight and maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
- High level of integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
