About the Role

The Dealer Principal is a highly visible leadership position, poised for growth and success in the Toowoomba area. You will build a strong team to deliver on sales and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Help establish and grow the dealership from the ground up, preparing it for grand opening.
  • Setup, furnish and equip the Dealership for optimal performance.
  • Develop a collaborative and customer-centric environment, managing finance & insurance options, parts & accessories, service department, new and used caravans.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the industry and community, maintaining manufacturer relationships.
  • Staff training and development, including performance management reviews.
  • Work closely with head office to develop plans for dealership events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with head office on warranty, repairs, quality, sales, HR support, and computer software implementation.

Requirements
  • Proven background in sales, sales management, and recreational vehicle dealership or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to provide direction and guidance to team members.
  • Meticulously organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to bring customer delight and maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • High level of integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
