About the Role

As a Strategic Financial Partner at Australian Retirement Trust, you will play a key role in helping our 2.3 million members make the most of their money.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to offer financial advice and support to enterprise reporting and decision making.

You'll drive monthly analysis on performance and trends, recommending ways to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.

In addition, you'll provide end-to-end corporate finance support across the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing financial analyses and board-level submissions, as well as planning, prioritising, and managing multiple competing activities efficiently.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide monthly reporting and budget variance analysis to management.
  • Perform high-level and detailed analysis on financial performance.
  • Offer financial analysis support and prepare board-level submissions.
  • Spearhead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, offering insightful commentary and analysis.
  • Provide end-to-end corporate finance support across the team.

About You

We're looking for someone with top-notch interpersonal skills, who can communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence at the senior level.

Candidates should hold a CA/CPA qualification and possess expert working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
