Infrastructure Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of asset plans and programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for roads, bridges and stormwater systems that require innovative thinking and strategic planning to ensure our community has the best infrastructure solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement asset plans and programs that align with community needs.
- Manage capital projects and continuous improvement efforts based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to propose and drive strategic initiatives that enhance infrastructure performance.
- Ideal candidate is qualified in civil engineering or related discipline.
- Experience delivering asset management plans and working within asset management frameworks.
- Experience managing asset databases and using data insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with systems and procurement processes to contribute to long-term value.
