We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven individual to promote our range of alternative dairy products and drive sales growth across cafes, roasters, and distributors. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in achieving our mission to make a positive impact on the world, one plant-based product at a time.

About the Role

This permanent full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and incentive structure, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. You will receive product training and ongoing support, as well as a fun and vibrant team environment. Additionally, you will be provided with a fully maintained tool of trade (vehicle) and fuel card, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • A competitive salary estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A performance-based incentive structure, allowing you to earn up to 20% more than your base salary.
  • Ongoing product training and support, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
  • A fun and vibrant team environment, perfect for those who thrive in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
  • A fully maintained tool of trade (vehicle) and fuel card, enabling you to travel efficiently and effectively across your territory.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working in cafes, with a roaster, or as a sales rep in the hospitality industry. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of cafe channels and plant-based milks are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
