The Opportunity
Our Health Concierge program offers personalized support to Medibank members who require extra care during hospital stays or treatment. By providing tailored healthcare information, emotional support, and links to community resources, we help members achieve optimal health outcomes.
As a Health Concierge Clinician, you will engage with Medibank members in Retail stores and via phone to support their health journeys. You will offer guidance, link them to services, and provide non-clinical advice to facilitate informed decision-making about their health, ultimately enhancing their health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences for Medibank members in-store.
- Provide support to members regarding their health journeys, treatment, or operations, communicating relevant resources available in an engaging and sensitive way.
- Assist and empower members in navigating the health system, offering support when and where needed.
- Ensure members feel safe, supported, and receive a friendly, personal experience.
- Work towards KPIs and targets while ensuring a quality experience for Medibank members.
About This Role
This is a non-clinical support service where you will work a mix of shifts from home via telephone and within a Retail store. A minimum of one day a week must be worked at the retail store. We have full-time and part-time positions available (0.6 - 1.0 FTE).
All employees who may attend a worksite or any face-to-face work-related activity will be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.

What We Are Looking For
We seek a positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills and a focused mindset to deliver exceptional service to Medibank members. You should be self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working to KPIs and targets. You must be a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian, or Social Worker with relevant registration and a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience.
