About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

As a Personal Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with their daily living needs, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. You will also be required to travel between client homes, ensuring that each individual receives the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompts
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and transportation services, including accompanying clients to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
