About the Role:
The Graduate Research Centre at Queensland University of Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as an Hdr Advisor, Admission And Scholarships. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to Higher Degree by Research students and their supervisors. You will also conduct compliance and reporting across various obligations and deliver operational services to ensure a streamlined student research journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and training to HDR students and their supervisors.
- Conduct compliance and reporting across a range of obligations at an organisational level in an environment of dynamic growth in cross-institutional collaborations.
- Deliver operational services, governance, and support to ensure a seamless student research journey.
- Facilitate University, Faculty, and Institute HDR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You should also have a strong understanding of academic policies and procedures, with experience working in higher education settings.
