About this role:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Electrical Plant and Test (EPT) and Metering Operations Group (MOG) teams.

This is a strategic leadership position, requiring the ability to foster a culture of accountability and high performance within a highly skilled workforce.

The successful candidate will have a strong history of leading inclusive teams to deliver great outcomes and experience in a delivery management or field-based role.

The key responsibilities include planning, directing, delivering and managing the EPT and MOG works programs, facilitating the short and long-term direction of the Operations team, sponsoring and delivering business transformation, and maintaining a focus on contestability in a dynamically shifting market.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in an engineering, business or management discipline
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a delivery management or field-based role
