As a relief personal banker, you'll be instrumental in crafting exceptional customer relationships by delivering personalized solutions that address their unique needs and goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tailored plans to meet customers' financial objectives and interests;
  • Educating customers on digital literacy and online banking capabilities, empowering them to navigate our innovative offerings with confidence;
  • Guiding customers through lending options, such as personal loans and credit cards, to help them achieve their objectives;
  • Maintaining an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals to design bespoke solutions;
  • Embracing continuous learning and growth opportunities to enhance your professional skills;
  • Fostering connections within the community by supporting customers and making a positive impact.

This is a permanent, part-time position with flexibility for travel across multiple branches in Brisbane City. You'll have genuine variety in your work week, with relief allowances ensuring your schedule remains engaging.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong adaptability, flexibility, and sales skills. While experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry is beneficial, it's not essential. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are necessary for this role.
