Project Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing project delivery and client relationships for major projects.

You will lead a team of Project Managers and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team in delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Promote strategic initiatives to improve performance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in management technical or business development roles within the industry OEM experience highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in Engineering Management or Business desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and reports.
  • Exceptional project management organisational skills.
  • Business development experience ideally at a managerial level.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and time management abilities.
