Executive Manager, Community Engagement

The role involves leading and coaching a team to empower Indigenous customers with financial wellbeing and inclusion. You will develop and implement strategies to drive business performance through effective people leadership.

  • This key position is critical in contributing to our vision and strategic priorities as a member of the National Leadership Team.

We seek an experienced and passionate Indigenous leader who has proven experience working in remote and/or Indigenous communities. The ideal candidate has knowledge and understanding of Indigenous needs, opportunities, and challenges within rural and remote communities.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in service and relationship management, leadership roles managing teams, and driving business performance through strategic competence. They must be able to manage performance independently and deliver results as part of a team.

  • You are expected to build and maintain relationships with community leaders to ensure Indigenous customers are financially included.
  • Work closely with business partners to deliver exceptional service experiences that meet customer needs.
  • Coach and support local branches to achieve performance objectives and meet customer expectations.
